If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Return period<\/h3>\n<p>You have 14 days from receipt to request a return. This period concerns the right of withdrawal and does not limit applicable statutory guarantees, including for non-conforming or defective products.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Return conditions<\/h3>\n<p>When withdrawing, handling must be limited to what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. The following guidance does not limit statutory guarantees:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Avoid use beyond what is necessary to examine the product.<\/li>\n<li>Keep the seal intact on products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons.<\/li>\n<li>Keep original packaging where possible to protect the return.<\/li>\n<li>Any loss in value is assessed under applicable law and does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The hygiene or health-protection exception concerns sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for those reasons. It does not remove statutory guarantees for defects or non-conformity.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Non-refundable products<\/h3>\n<p>Exceptions to withdrawal are assessed under the law. These clarifications do not limit statutory guarantees:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Excessive handling may cause a loss in value; defects and non-conformity remain covered by statutory guarantees.<\/li>\n<li>Gift cards are not automatically excluded from withdrawal; legal conditions depend on their nature and use.<\/li>\n<li>Promotional and sale products have the same withdrawal rights as other products, subject to statutory exceptions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. The reason is optional for withdrawal. Your withdrawal declaration does not require prior authorisation. After informing us, return the goods within 14 days. Contact us for the return address.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Return costs<\/h3>\n<p>Return costs are borne by the customer except for a defective product, a product damaged on delivery or an order error on our part. We recommend a tracked delivery service.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Refunds<\/h3>\n<p>For withdrawal, refunds are made within 14 days of your declaration, including original standard delivery costs. Refunds may be withheld until goods or proof of dispatch are received, whichever comes first. The same payment method is used unless you expressly agree to another method without fees. Processing times may vary according to your bank.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Defective or incorrect products<\/h3>\n<p>Contact us as soon as possible if a product is defective, damaged or incorrect. No 48-hour limit restricts statutory guarantees. Please attach product photos to help us handle your request.<\/p>\n<h3>8. Exchanges<\/h3>\n<p>For defective or non-conforming goods, remedies are those provided by statutory guarantees and are not automatically limited to replacement. Contact customer service about exchanges.<\/p>\n<h3>9. Uncollected parcels or incorrect addresses<\/h3>\n<p>If a parcel is returned to Hizialab because the customer supplied an incorrect address or did not collect it, reshipping charges may apply.<\/p>\n<h3>10.
