These Terms of Sale govern sales made on the Hizialab website. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

Products offered for sale are presented as accurately as possible. Product photographs and descriptions are for information and are not contractual. Hizialab reserves the right to change or withdraw products at any time.
3. Prices
Prices are stated in euros (€). Unless otherwise indicated, prices include applicable taxes but exclude delivery charges. Hizialab reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.
4. Orders
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Sale. A confirmation email is sent after the order is confirmed. Hizialab reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a dispute, suspected fraud or payment problem.
5. Payment
Orders are paid securely using the payment methods offered on the website. Banking information is never stored by Hizialab. The order is processed only after payment is validated.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address supplied by the customer. Delivery times are indicative and may vary according to the carrier or destination. Hizialab cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under applicable law, customers have 14 days after receiving their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. The hygiene or health-protection exception applies to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for those reasons. Statutory guarantees remain applicable. Return costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
8. Returns and refunds
After receiving and checking returned products, Hizialab refunds through the payment method used for the order. Statutory exceptions to withdrawal do not limit your rights in the event of defective or non-conforming products.
9. Liability
Hizialab cannot be held responsible for damage arising from misuse of products sold. Cosmetic product results may vary according to skin type and user.
10. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, images, logos, visuals and graphic elements, is protected by intellectual property rights. Reproduction, use or distribution without permission is prohibited.

Personal information collected when ordering is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
